Non Profit organizations give back to the community in their own unique way. There are well established organizations that are always seeking new members to help them better the Coconut Grove community and the surrounding area.

The Woman’s Club of Coconut Grove was established more than 120 years ago. Flora McFarlane created the organization to create a place where homemakers can take time once a month and gather in a place to create community and build friendships. Today, The Woman’s Club of Coconut Grove is the oldest civic organization in Miami-Dade County. The members of the club are dedicated to community involvement, by enhancing the lives of others through community service. When you become a member, you are welcome to participate in on-going projects, fund raising, catered monthly luncheons and community outreach activities. The club also provides an excellent space where many weddings, cocktail parties and celebrations are held.

The Art and Business Council of Miami has provided a unique program that has made a positive and significant difference in South Florida for more than 25 years.
