Cross Fit Downtown Miami features 8,000 square feet of training space, dressing rooms, private showers and on site gated free parking.  This strength and conditioning program is managed by certified Cross Fit trainer Eddie Artze one of the pioneers of Cross Fit in South Florida. The workouts are short thirty minutes or less but at high intensity and tap into all three metabolic pathways. Workouts are different every day and you will not see the same routine for two to three months. They combine movements in numerous combinations to form “Workouts of the Day” that consist of sprinting, rowing, rope climbing, jumping rope, weightlifting, flipping tires, carrying heavy objects, and many body weight exercises. The equipment they use are dumbbells, barbells, pull-up-bars, gymnastic rings, kettlebells, boxes for box jumps and medicine balls.
