PHOTOS: Erykah Badu DJ Set @ The BET Art Lounge In Wynwood – (44 Photos)

The BET Art Lounge was absolutely poppin’ in Wynwood this past weekend during Art Basel Week. Headliner Market Group was out representing at this exclusive and insanely packed party with the guest of honor….Erykah Badu. Or should we say, DJ Low Down Loretta Brown, her deejay moniker.
Mike Gardner, Phil The Mayor, Dyck Dolan, and DJ A Fly Guy were all out reppin’ Headliner to the fullest. Along with Jo’zzy (aka @DopeByAccident) Sam Sneak, both who showed up for a quick cameo. The party was also co-presented and promoted by Abebe Lewis.

Tony Rodriguez Discusses Coconut Grove Lifestyle

A mix between families, young professionals and vacationers alike. Coconut Grove has some of the best schools in Miami such as Ransom Everglades, Carrollton, and La Salle which is very appealing to families. When you are a Coconut Grove resident, you’ll likely never feel the need to leave the community on the weekends. That’s because there is always something fun and exciting going on throughout the community.

Tony Rodriguez Discusses Coconut Grove Residents’ Favorite Activities and What Homebuyers Should Do Before House Hunting

What are some of the most common recreational activities residents of your region like to partake in? Are there any specific spots they like to frequent to enjoy such to-do’s?
Our office is located in Coconut Grove which has some of the best waterfront parks and public spaces Miami has to offer. Locals love to spend time near the water exercising at Kennedy Park, and at Shake A Leg Miami on beautiful Biscayne Bay. This waterfront center includes a marina equipped with sailboats, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, a boatyard, a rooftop observation deck, and eco islands. Peacock Park also hosts a number of events throughout the year such as the Coconut Grove Seafood Festival, the Coconut Grove Art’s Festival, Woodystock and others, including free Yoga in the Park on Tuesday nights. The Convention Center was recently torn down and the City is working on opening another waterfront park in its location, which is conveniently located across the street from two of Miami’s latest residential towers, Park Grove and Grove at Grand Bay. These two projects will have stunning bay views and are located in the heart of Coconut Grove on Bayshore Drive.
