Today, Yanira serves as Senior District Manager for ADP in the Miami market, where she helps organizations navigate payroll, human resources, compliance, employee management, and workforce solutions. Her journey, however, began with a very different vision.
As a child, Yanira imagined herself becoming a flight attendant. Later, she explored careers working with children, considering paths in nutrition, psychology, and education. As she grew older, she realized those professions required a level of patience that did not align with her natural strengths.
What she did discover was a passion for marketing.
After high school, Yanira set ambitious goals for herself. She envisioned living in a high-rise, building a successful corporate career, and eventually becoming a Chief Marketing Officer. That vision led her to pursue both her undergraduate studies and later an MBA in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University.
While earning her master’s degree, she worked for a marketing firm serving the cruise line industry. Marketing remained her passion, but life had other plans.
Her professional experiences increasingly led her into sales, where she discovered something even more meaningful.
She discovered people.
Building a Career at ADP
Yanira joined ADP in 2021 as an Associate District Manager.
From the beginning, she demonstrated a strong ability to connect with business owners, understand organizational challenges, and deliver practical solutions. Her performance quickly distinguished her among her peers, earning her ADP’s prestigious Presidents Club recognition during only her second fiscal year with the company.
Her success continued to accelerate.
Today, Yanira serves as Senior District Manager for ADP’s Miami region, helping businesses implement solutions that improve workforce management, payroll administration, human resources processes, compliance, and employee engagement.
In 2026, her responsibilities expanded even further as she transitioned into ADP’s Comprehensive Services business unit, where she now focuses on delivering customized HR and payroll solutions for larger organizations with increasingly complex workforce needs.
