After the recent success of Grove at Grand Bay, I think Park Grove is going to attract buyers that may have missed out.

We have found Instagram to be great for our business not only for listings but for company exposure and news. Free marketing is great and Instagram gives us that easy target marketing throughout the world which is invaluable. From Instagram we can also post to Twitter and Facebook which are all great ways for our followers to stay up to date on the Miami Real Estate market. With springtime now approaching, are there certain properties you expect to get more attention than others? How can sellers make their properties more marketable in the spring?
Lucky enough for us, Miami has great weather all year-round, so there is not much of a difference year-round. I feel marketing and having the right company represent your listing is most important in Miami. The weather will always be perfect.
